25-006185 – 300 BLK Dunlap Ave – Evading/ Criminal Impersonation
Police observed a vehicle in the parking lot occupied by multiple individuals. Upon speaking to the driver, he could not remember his identification. He was found in possession of drug paraphernalia, and subsequently attempted to flee. He was found to have seventeen warrants out of Hamilton County and two out of Collegedale.
He was taken into custody and charged with Criminal impersonation, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Evading Arrest.

Case Number-Mcbrien Road/Ringgold Road-Traffic Stop, Warrant Arrest
Following a traffic stop at the listed location, a man was taken into custody on three outstanding warrants out of general Sessions Court. He was also issued two citations for driving without a license, and for suspended registration.
25-006172 – 900 BLK Spring Creek Road- MVC No Injuries – Assist Other
Following the motor vehicle crash, police took a woman into custody for a warrant from General Session Court. She was transported to the Hamilton County Jail.
25-006173- 6300 BLK Dharma Loop- Property
Police were called about a missing Tn. License Plate. The plate was entered into NCIC as missing/ stolen.
25-006181-4300 BLK Ringgold Road-Suspicious Activity
Police responded to the establishment on a report of a male party hitting one of the signs with a stick. Officers encountered the gentleman outside the business. He told police he was trying to practice his drumming skills; he agreed to move along without issue.
25-006186-5000 BLK Newport Drive-Domestic Disorder
Police responded to the listed address for a domestic disorder. upon further investigation, the initial start of the domestic occurred on Chattanooga on Brainerd Road. Chattanooga Police responded to the scene to conduct their own investigation. East Ridge Police were unable to pursue charges due to conflicting statements and lack of physical evidence on the disorder that occurred on Newport. Chattanooga Police were able to effect an arrest with the physical evidence and statements from each party about the incident on Brainerd Road.

25-006196 – 7100 BLK Tanager Court – Property
A female reported to police her husband’s car was vandalized yesterday by her friend’s husband who used a knife to puncture the hood of the car. The incident is pending charges for disorderly conduct and vandalism.
25-006202 – 6300 BLK Ringgold Road – Unconscious
A female driver was observed by staff members to be slumped over in her car. The party was evaluated by EMS and was determined to be suffering side effects from prescribed medications. She was released to her daughter and taken home.
25-006203 – 4214 Ringgold Rd- MVC No Injuries – Warrant service
A man was served an East Ridge warrant while in custody at the jail. The warrant was for Indecent Exposure.
25-006204 – 5700 BLK Roper St – Domestic disorder
The caller stated she heard yelling and someone running up and down the stairs. Officers checked the area, and nothing was located.
25-006206 – 4200 BLK Ringgold Rd – Suspicious person
A man was observed sleeping on the sidewalk. The party was checked for warrants and had nonextraditable charges out of Kansas, Ohio, and Oklahoma. He was sent on his way.
