Walter Bradford, 68, died on July 12, 2013 in Ooltewah, Tennessee.
He was formerly employed with Brown Foundry, Magic Chef and Maytag. He was a member of Orchard Park SDA Church.
His hobbies included reading and fishing.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Joe and Lena Bradford; mother-in-law, Rose Lee Sanders; daughter, Erika D. Bradford; son, Corey J Bradford; sisters, Inez Bradford, Melba McKeldin; brothers, O’neal, Larry and David Bradford and niece, Kenya N. Sanders.
Survivors include his wife, Kathy J. Bradford; brothers, Bishop Joe Clarence (May) and Steve (Doris) Bradford; sisters, Peggy (Cecile) Harmon, Theda Thompson and Betty Burton; father-in-law, James L. Sanders; brothers-in-law, James (Shelia) Sanders and Jock (Debra) Sanders; sister-in-law, Peggy Sanders; nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, July 17, 2013 at Highland Memorial Gardens with Bishop Joe Bradford officiating.
The body will lie in state after noon on Tuesday, July 16, at John P. Franklin Funeral Home, 1101 Dodds Ave., 622-9995.
