Guy Bilyeu Of Humane Society Still In Critical Condition

Guy Bilyeu, executive director of the Humane Educational Society, remains in critical condition after he fell from a bicycle on his head, Tai Federico, HES board president, said.

Mr. Federico stated in an email to HES supporters, "As I told you all several days ago, our executive director, Guy Bilyeu, was seriously injured in a bicycle accident. Unfortunately, his condition has not improved and he remains in critical condition.

"Despite the sadness we all feel at his absence, the great foundation laid by Guy and his staff is ensuring that the Shelter is operating normally.

 "As soon as we have any information we will share it with all of you."

The incident happened last Saturday on Riverfront Parkway.
