3 Charged In Soddy Daisy Murder Of Tony Rector

Soddy Daisy Police have charged three men in connection with the death of 24-year-old Tony Rector.

The victim's body was found recently in a Soddy Daisy cemetery.

Chad Edward Massengale, 30, of 1406 Windbrook Lane, was charged Monday with criminal homicide and aggravated assault. Roy Henderson, of East Ridge and Dekota Burchard, of Soddy Daisy, have also been charged with criminal homicide and aggravated assault.

All three were booked at the Hamilton County Jail, while waiting for a court hearing. The bond for each is $2,025,000.
