Annie Lee Richardson Cook, 97, of Lavonia, Georgia and formerly of LaFayette, Georgia, passed away Friday, September 23, 2016.
She was a member of Bethesda Baptist Church.
Annie was preceded in death by her husbands, Rufus Richardson and Charlie “Doc” Cook; parents, Terry and Julie Davis MaHaffey; daughter, Barbara Dean; step-sons, J.C. Richardson and Richard Cook; sisters, Lula Martin, Martha Goff, and Rosie MaHaffey; and brothers, Tom MaHaffey, Clyde MaHaffey, Marvin MaHaffey, Sam MaHaffey and Jim MaHaffey.
Survivors include her daughter, Mary Lou Eavenson of Lavonia, GA; and step-daughter, Linda Jackson of LaFayette.
Funeral from the Wilbanks Memorial Chapel will be Sunday, Sept. 25 at 4 p.m. with Rev. Tim Redden and Raymond Fitzpatrick officiating. Interment in the East Armuchee Baptist Church Cemetery.
Family will receive friends at the funeral home Saturday, Sept. 24 from 6-9 p.m.
