Pat McGowan has announced the opening of her new real estate brokerage, EXIT Realty McGowan & Associates. 

"We quickly recognized the value of everything EXIT Realty has to offer; the EXIT Formula, state-of-the-art technology, in-depth training and more," said Ms. McGowan, "We are very excited to join the local business community to assist residents with their real estate needs. At EXIT Realty we are committed to our customers’ satisfaction."  

The new office will be managed by Principal Broker Tim Mazzolini.  Affilate brokers working at the office are Lisa Ellis, Roby Phillips, Sheryl Phillips, and Pat McGowan.  

Ms. McGowan, whose family also owns Old Fort Restaurant in Cleveland, wants to provide local real estate consumers with a fresh alternative in the current fast-paced real estate market. "We strive to give world-class service with a hometown feel." Ms. McGowan stated, "The local community has given our families so much over the years.  We want to return the favor by providing them with the best real estate buying or selling experience possible."
