Gary Lloyd Sannes, 75 of Soddy Daisy, Tennessee, went to be with the Lord on July 7, 2017.

Gary is survived by his loving wife, Julia Tallent Sannes; loving stepmother, Ray "Mom" (JC) Mincey; his sisters, Marilyn (Ron) Gallman, Nancy (Jim) Aubert; his children, Kim (Jim) McGuire, Kevin (Melissa) Sannes, Derick Tallent, Shanna (Ken) Johnson; grandchildren, Julia Sannes, Kaylee McGuire, Joel McGuire, Jonathan McGuire and Gracen Bush; several nieces and nephews and cousins.

Gary was preceded in death by his father, Lloyd James Sannes and his mother Marjorie Louise Sannes, a nephew, Jeffrey Trent Aubert, a his lap cat of 19 years, Sammy.

Gary was born in Pontiac, Mi., on May 25, 1942.  He was a graduate of Life Bible Collage in Los Angeles, California.  He was a graduate of Riverside County Police Academy and a graduate of San Jacinto Jr. Collage with a Police Science Degree.  He also pastored at Glen Avon Foursquare Gospel Church in Glen Avon, California.  He was in the ministry, law enforcement and was a successful business owner throughout his life.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 15, at noon in the chapel of Legacy Funeral Home in Soddy Daisy.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. till the time of service on Saturday, July 15, 2017.
