Sambra Jean Osborne, 69, a lifelong resident of Red Bank, Tennessee, passed away on Thursday, May 15, 2025, in a local hospital.

She loved Elvis, the Tennessee Vols and softball, playing on the Red Bank and state teams for many years. Sambra retired from the State of Tennessee as an administrative assistant.

Sambra was preceded in death by her parents, Samuel and Jean Osborne and a sister, Amy Gail Anderson.

Survivors include her daughter, Christy Sitz; sister, Susan (Robert) Mattingly of Red Bank, TN; three grandchildren, Billy Hendricks, Bailey Osborne and Dallas Woods; one great-grandchild, Allie Hendricks.

The family will receive friends from 12 -3 p.m. on Tuesday, May 20, at the funeral home.

A graveside service will be held at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday, May 20, at the Chattanooga Memorial Park, aka The Duck Pond, at 501 Memorial Drive, Chattanooga, Tn. 37415.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that you please donate to the Pet Placement Center, 5975 Dayton Boulevard, Chattanooga, Tn. 37415, in Sambra’s honor.
