Former Chattanooga Doubletree Manager Bill Mish Named General Manager Of Unicoi State Park & Lodge.

Former Chattanooga Doubletree manager Bill Mish has been named general manager of Unicoi State Park & Lodge. 

 

A 35-year veteran of the hospitality industry, Mr. Mish will oversee Unicoi State Park & Lodge’s property operations including the financial, food and beverage, staffing, recreational and guest services departments.

 

Throughout his extensive career, Mr.

Mish has led many successful hotel construction and renovation projects, the largest exceeding $50 million. His previous positions include director of food and beverage, general manager, multi-property general manager and regional director of operations for brands including Hilton, IHG, Carlson, Choice and several other independent and boutique hotels and resorts.

 

In addition to his work experience, Mr. Mish has served on many non-profit boards and received several industry awards and accolades, including General Manager of the Year from the Tennessee Hospitality Association and General Manager of the Year from the American Hotel & Lodging Association.
