William “Bull” Gilbert Bullard, Jr., 60, of Chattanooga, Tennessee, passed away on Monday, November 19, 2018.

He was born on May 8, 1958 in Charlotte, NC. He was a journeyman electrician who worked for the Union for many years and finished his self-employed professional career with his own lighting company. Bull was one of the hardest working men you’d ever meet, touching the home and the hearts of so many in our community. He was so full of life and he loved helping people. Bull had a passion for all types of music and he loved going to concerts. He is already dearly missed by his family and friends.

Bull was preceded in death by his father, William Gilbert Bullard, Sr.

He is survived by his wife, Carol Ann McDonald Bullard; daughter, Lauren Myers Bullard of Harrison; mother, Irene M. Bullard of Knoxville; sister, Melanie Irene (Randy) Bullard Waters; niece, Olivia Neathery Waters; nephew, James MacArthur Waters of Boone, NC as well as several extended family members.

The family will receive friends on Friday, Nov. 23, from 4–8 p.m. at Turner Funeral Home at Highway 58. The funeral service will be held on Saturday, Nov. 24, at 11 a.m. with Mike Manning officiating in the Turner Funeral Home Chapel. Bull will be buried in New McDonald Cemetery.
