Soddy Daisy Woman, 20, Dies In Wreck In Wisconsin

A 20-year-old Soddy Daisy woman died in an automobile accident at Rice Lake, Wisconsin, on Sunday.

 

Morgan Leigh Lasley was a passenger in a vehicle being driven by Mathew Krear, 28. The car crossed the center line and struck a semi head on. The wreck was at 12:50 a.m.

Both Mr. Krear and Ms. Lasley were dead at the scene.

 

She attended Soddy Daisy High School before starting a home school program. She was currently enrolled in the EMT training program at WITC in Rice Lake.

 

Ms. Lasley was a member of Middle Valley Baptist Church. 

 

She was the daughter of the late Lamar Lasley. She is also survived by her mother, Dana Lasley; sister, Lauren Condroski; paternal grandparents, Hayden and Margie Lasley; maternal grandmother, Barbara N. Chandler; aunts, Darcia (Donald) Wise, Barbara S. Chandler and Sheila (Hank) Mallicoat; uncle, Mark (Jane) Chandler; nieces, Kayleigh and Nolen Condroski and several cousins.

 

Funeral services are today (Friday) at 1 p.m. at Middle Valley Baptist Church with Reverend Mickey Rector and Reverend Zach Wyatt officiating. Interment will follow in Hamilton Memorial Gardens.
