Plant Based Academy Offering Online Loma Linda-Based Whole Food, Plant Based 30-Day Program And A Vegan Keto Bootcamp

Helping people kick off a healthy start to the New Year with the world-class CHIP (Complete Health Improvement Program), the online "Plant Based Academy" is now accepting enrollments in the 30-Day Whole Food, Plant-Based Lifestyle Intervention Program, based out of Loma Linda University's Lifestyle Medicine Institute. A 30-Day Vegan Keto Bootcamp is also being offered.

Hosted by Gandhi's Be Magazine Editor-in-Chief and Plant-Based/Vegan Health & Wellness Coach Melissa Turner, the online programs open for enrollment on Jan.
2 and are geared for those who want to learn more about applying the principles of a Whole Food, Plant Based, Vegan way of life. The classes offer a flexible schedule and participants can start anytime and enjoy self-paced study.

Officials said, "Over the span of 30 years and having now reached more than 75,000 participants around the world, the CHIP 30-Day Program has helped people transform their health through a Whole Food, Plant Based way of life, and in turn reducing risk of heart disease, normalizing blood pressure, lowering cholesterol, lowering triglycerides, stabilizing fasting blood sugar, reducing BMI and losing weight, improving sleep, resilience, and depression, and improving overall quality of life and well-being."
