Helping people kick off a healthy start to the New Year with the world-class CHIP (Complete Health Improvement Program), the online "Plant Based Academy" is now accepting enrollments in the 30-Day Whole Food, Plant-Based Lifestyle Intervention Program, based out of Loma Linda University's Lifestyle Medicine Institute. A 30-Day Vegan Keto Bootcamp is also being offered.

2 and are geared for those who want to learn more about applying the principles of a Whole Food, Plant Based, Vegan way of life. The classes offer a flexible schedule and participants can start anytime and enjoy self-paced study.
