Lamp Post Properties Sells Space At Loveman Building For $3,142,750

Lamp Post Properties has sold space it owns in the Loveman's condo and commercial complex for $3,142,750.

The sale was to McGauley Holdings Llc.

The property is at 800 Market St.

Matt McGauley heads McGauley Holdings.

His family has long owned a number of properties in the Central City. His father, Mike McGauley, was long involved in Fidelity Trust.

Lamp Post Properties launched in the space several years ago.

It has since spawned a number of businesses and refurbished several downtown historic buildings. Those include the Elks Building, the Ross Hotel and the Cooper Office Supply.
