Hamilton Heights Christian Academy Officials Say The School Will Not Be Closing After All

  • Wednesday, April 24, 2019

Hamilton Heights Christian Academy officials announced on Tuesday that the school will not be closing after all.

Principal Krystal Bankston said, "It is with tremendous pleasure to announce that Hamilton Heights Christian Academy will not be closing as reported earlier this month. The school has had a remarkable 22 year history of excellence in faith, academics and athletics and will continue with this mission and its ministry to young adults both locally and internationally.

"Hamilton Height’s national championship basketball and soccer programs will continue, in addition to expanding the school’s facilities, increasing enrollment, and moving towards a new vision of sustainability and growth.

"With the support of Hickory Valley Community Church and a number of out-of-state, longterm benefactors, who believe in and are committed to helping the school grow and prosper, the school will remain open. Next semester should be one of our most exciting times ever!

"I would personally like to thank our students and their families, our faculty and staff, and our vendors for their patience and prayers during this challenging period."
