Chattanooga Police Department Presents Annual Awards

Each year the Chattanooga Police Department honors police officers, professional staff, and community members who have demonstrated extraordinary skill, work ethic, and professionalism in making neighborhoods and other areas in Chattanooga safer and more enjoyable.

The Chattanooga Police Department held the 2019 Annual Awards Ceremony Thursday at Calvary Chapel.

During the ceremony, 40-plus officers were recognized for Victim Support, Community Policing, Lifesaving, Chief of Police Special Award, and Merit. CPD professional staff as well as community members and partners are also honored for their dedication to the community and the department.
