CNE Plans 24 New Rental Units At 2105 Bailey Avenue

Chattanooga Neighborhood Enterprise is planning to develop 24 newly constructed rental units at
2105 Bailey Ave.

Five of the units will be reserved as affordable for low to moderate income households.

The city Administrator for the Department of Economic and Community Development plans to award $200,000 in HOME Program funds to CNE for the project.
