Attorney April Holland Elected As Member Of Miller And Martin Law Firm

Miller & Martin announces the election of April Holland to firm membership effective Jan 1.  Ms. Holland is in the Corporate practice, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, and she is located in the firm’s Chattanooga office. She joined the firm in 2013.

Ms. Holland works with privately-held companies through all stages of mergers and acquisitions matters on both the buy and sell sides. Ms. Holland also counsels individuals and companies in a wide range of general corporate law matters, including, but not limited to, fund formation, securities and investment advisory matters, and state franchise registration filings. She has experience in industries ranging from technology, healthcare, flooring, transportation, insurance and bottling.

Ms. Holland earned her juris doctor from Washington & Lee School of Law, an LL.M. from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia.  She is licensed in Tennessee and New York.
