James Patrick "Pat" Daffron, retired U.S. Air Force veteran, passed away at the age of 81.

 

He was born on Aug. 22, 1939, in Chattanooga, and was a graduate of Rossville High School, class

of 1959. Pat retired with the rank of Chief Master Sargent (E-9).

 

He is survived by his wife, Yun Cha and five children, 14 grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, one brother and one sister.

 

A memorial service will be at the Chattanooga National Cemetery on Holtzclaw Avenue on Nov. 23, at 11 a.m.
