The Police Department Is Not Perfect But

  • Thursday, December 3, 2020

The Chattanooga Police Department, Hamilton County Sheriff's Department or police departments around the world, they are not perfect, they make mistakes, unlike the newly proposed “Community Control Board” that is perfect from the onset.

Yesterday, I heard the sheriff of Ramsey County, St. Paul, Mn. say, “Crime is rampant in Dollar Generals, Walgreens, CVS, etc. stores in St. Paul and Minneapolis because the workers are afraid to call police, and the thieves know they will not be prosecuted when caught.”  Is that the type of society we want in Chattanooga or in any city in the United States?  It, unfortunately, is what many cities across the country are experiencing and if the proposed “Community Control Board” is approved in the general election, Chattanooga will have the same type atmosphere, ‘no fear among the criminals’.

A perfect society, a Marxist society, a Joe Biden society.  When is enough, enough?  When are we the people going to come to our senses?

I noticed the “Community Control Board” has little to say about black on black crime in Chattanooga, now ranked as one the top 10 most dangerous cities in the United States, according to Wallet Hub, The FBI and on.

Again, with the passage of the “Community Control Board” we will become number one on the most dangerous cities list.  Do not let that happen Chattanooga.  Do not let the proposed “Community Control Board” come a reality, you, Chattanooga, will regret it the rest of your lives.

There is enough to regret this 2020, let us not make 2021 a regretful year in Chattanooga with the passage of the “Community Control Board”.
