Officials said it will now be a "Festival Between the Bridges as the footprint moves in slightly to offer a more intimate experience."
The Coke Stage crawls onto land. Officials said the barge is gone, but a 60-foot super stage "allows for more interactive experience." There is a cat walk to offer artists a chance to get up close to the audience.
The Bud Light Stage moves to the Chattanooga Green tucked in the corner of Power Alley and the parking garage.
The Tennessee Valley Federal Credit Union Stage moves to the natural amphitheater tucked between Aquarium peaks.
The Chevy Stage will be on the riverfront and play to the auditorium seating. It will be heavy on local artists and will serve as a playground for Chevy lovers.
Young Performers will compete to win a talent pack that includes a slot on the Chevy Stage in the Songbirds Kids Talent Show 2020. The Round 1 deadline is March 1. Submit a video entry to contest@songbirdsguitars.com
The VIP Experience at the Coke Stage includes elevated club floor and premier stage view by cover of Olgiati Bridge. There will be catering, private bars, private restrooms with air conditioning, a parking pass and exclusive view of all the stages.
Officials said there will be "dozens of tasty food options for purchase including cocktails, craft beer and other beverages." There will be cash bars for those who favor cash.
The festival will again end with fireworks and, under the new setup, "every position on site has a great view for the finale - no barge obstructing view," it was stated.
