Merrill Gardens Assisted Living Facility Planned At Former Casey Tract On Manufacturers Road

The former Casey tract on the Tennessee River at Manufacturers Road has been sold to a firm that operates assisted living facilities.

Merrill Gardens bought the property at 450 Manufacturers Road for $2.8 million.

The sale was from American River Development Llc.
