Stobaugh, Janet Sue Nix (Cleveland)

Janet Sue Nix Stobaugh, 89, of Cleveland, Tennessee, passed away March 21, 2020 at her home. 

She was a member of Hickory Valley Christian Church.  She was a loving homemaker and supported her husband in his ministry. 

She was preceded in death by her husband of 68 years, Reverend William Franklin Stobaugh; parents, Walter S. Nix and Audra Board Nix; and brother, Carroll Walter Nix. 

She is survived by three children, David William Stobaugh and wife Jane of Twin Lakes, Wi., Cynthia K. Halstead and husband Levern of Olathe, Ks., and Connie Lynn Coblentz and husband Charles of Cleveland, Tn.; seven grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; eight great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews also survive.

There are no services planned at this time.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Hickory Valley Christian Church, 6605 Shallowford Road, Chattanooga, Tennessee 37421; attention Arian and Stefanie Kosta, missionaries to Durrës and Kavajë, Albania.
