Jack Ralph Frost, 91, of Chattanooga, passed away on Monday, June 8, 2020.

 

He had lived in Hixson most of his life before moving from Collinsville, Al. He was a member of Middle Cross Baptist Church.  Mr. Frost served in the U.S. Army and retired from DuPont.  His passion in life was his family, golf, refereeing ballgames and Alabama football.  He will be remembered by his contagious smile, outgoing personality and by never meeting a stranger. 

 

He was preceded in death by his wife, Sarah; mother, Lucille; father, Ralph, and a son-in-law, Rob Robinson.  

 

Jack is survived by his daughter, Sally A. Robinson; son, Jimmy R. (Donna) Frost; grandchildren, Stacy, Allyson (Tim) and Becky (Garrett); and six great-grandchildren. 

There will be no visitation.

 

Private graveside services will be held at National Cemetery with Pastor Ed Gravett officiating. 

 

Memorial contributions may be made in Jack’s name to The Middle Cross Baptist Church, 4009 Norcross Road, Hixson, Tn. 37343. 

 

Arrangements are by the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, Crematory and Florist, 5401 Highway 153, Hixson, Tn. 37343.
