Vonzella Jo Williams of Rossville, Georgia, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, July 7, 2020, in Hixson, Tennessee.   

She was born on July 13, 1954 in Guntersville, Al. She had a great love for cats and dogs.

Vonzella Williams joined South Rossville Baptist Church on Dec. 5, 1999.  She has actively serviced the children in the Rossville community for 20 years.  She was well loved by the young people in the youth group at her church.

She was preceded in death by her father, J.O. Williams; mother, Vonza Morton; and brother, Johnny O. Williams, Jr.

Those Vonzella leaves to cherish her precious memories are sisters, Juanita (Allen) Hayes, Janith (James) Blackwell and Vivian Prather; special niece, Andrea (Guy) Barnett and her children, Jasmine Sartin, Timothy Barnett and Elizabeth ‘Beth Ann’ Barnett; best friend and Caregiver, Becky Caylor; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and dear friends.

A visitation will be held on Saturday, July 11, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. with the Funeral Service to follow at 12 p.m. at the South Rossville Baptist Church located at 101 East Peachtree Street, Rossville, Ga. 30741.

Interment will follow at Chattanooga Memorial Park.
