Dalton State Women's Golf Holds Overnight Lead Heading To Final Round

The Dalton State Women's Golf team shot 613 (+37) on Monday and hold the lead after two rounds of play in the Invite at Innisbrook at Innisbrook Golf Club in Palm Harbor, Fla.
 
Southeastern (Fla.) (632, +56) is in second followed by Keiser (Fla.) at 642 (+66). Eastern Florida State (661, +85) is in fourth with Coastal Georgia (664, +88) rounding out the top 5.
 
All five Lady Birds sit in the top 10 individually, led by freshman Mailey Buzzell in 3rd. Buzzell had a 78 (+6) her first time around the course, but traversed the layout in 71 (-1) her second time through to shoot up the leaderboard.
 
Behind her in 4th and 5th respectively are Sydney Hermann and Cameron Daniel.
Hermann carded rounds of 77 (+5) and 74 (+2), while Daniel posted 77 (+5) and 78 (+6).
 
Megan Donahue sits in 8th after rounds of 76 (+4) and 85 (+13), with Isabel Rijos in a tie for 10th shooting 81 (+9) and 82 (+10).
 
The Lady Roadrunners will look to finish off their first tournament win of the season when they tee it up tomorrow, September 29 for the final round of the Invite at Innisbrook at Innisbrook Golf Club in Palm Harbor, Fla.
