Caylor, Lebron Vinson (Dalton)

Lebron Vinson Caylor, age 89, of Dalton, Georgia, passed away Sunday, January 10, 2021 at Hamilton Medical Center.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Mattie Caylor; father, Luther Caylor; sisters, Dorothy Kerr, Pauline Carr, Alice Harris, Lucy Lowe, Doris Messer and Eva Jean Keys; and brother, Troy Caylor.

He is survived by his loving wife of 63 years, Marguerite Caylor of Dalton; one daughter and son-in-law, Meredith and Doug Jackson of Knoxville, TN; one son and daughter-in-law, Warren and Amy Caylor of Acworth; one brother and sister-in-law, Justin and Polly Caylor of Dalton; four grandchildren, Spencer Jackson, Riley Jackson, Evan Caylor and Brady Caylor; and nieces and nephews also survive.

The funeral service will be held Thursday, Jan. 14, at 2 p.m. at the Pleasant Grove Chapel of Julian Peeples Funeral Home with Rev. Darey Kittle officiating.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday, Jan. 14, from 12-2 p.m.

Flowers will be accepted or contributions may be made to Salem Baptist Church or St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital.

Burial will be in Varnell Cemetery.
