Four days later and round #3 again hosts nearly 60 Super Late Model race teams for the Wild West Shootout at Arizona Speedway Wednesday for the $5,000 feature race.

Jonathan Davenport (#49) of Blairsville, Ga. held off Ricky Thornton Jr. for the first victory of the week Saturday and Wednesday it was Texan Tyler Erb hot on "Superman's Cape" during the feature race.

If Davenport puts up another victory this week in the desert, he'll earn a $10,000 bonus whereas five victories of the six races will produce a $25,000 bonus. Any racer that puts together six consecutive victories whilst racing in the desert of Arizona could earn up to a quarter of a million dollars in bonus prize money.

Unfortunately for JD, Sunday's feature was won by hometown racer Ricky Thornton Jr., in-turn knocking that bonus off the table. Thursday and Friday's races pay $5,000 to the victor, heading towards Saturday's $25,000 to-Win finale of the six race mini series, presented by F&K Rod End.

The races are being broadcast live on the internet for subscribers of floracing.com.
