Trident Transport has named Daniel Lucas as their director of innovation.
"Stepping into a newly developed role at Trident, Lucas focuses on streamlining organizational change to help Trident surpass their goals," officials said.
Mr. Lucas comes from an IT background and has an MBA from Kennesaw Coles University and a BS in management of information systems.
“My general approach to achieving change is to combine data driven methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean and modern data science tools to ensure that efforts are built around the leadership’s vision of success.
The unique part of my approach is I always prioritize my efforts around empathy for what my team, customers and business partners are experiencing,” said Mr. Lucas. “Trident’s investments in innovation will enable them to stay on the forefront of our industry and accelerate our ability to further develop a reputation as the leader in supply chain logistics.
