Five premium building lots in the developing Crown Harbor community are set to be auctioned by Compass Auctions on Oct. 28.
The lots featured are situated in the luxury waterfront development located on the north shore of Nickajack Lake in Jasper, Tn. in Marion County. The neighborhood is located approximately 20 minutes west of downtown Chattanooga

Crown Harbor is home to a newly-developed marina featuring 100 covered boat slips. The subdivision is also home to walking trails, community ponds, and scenic views of the surrounding area. Members of the community "can immerse themselves in the peace and serenity of the level and gently-sloping lots of natural land by the lakeside," the website says.
Pre-bidding on these five lots will open on Wednesday, Oct. 20. The online auction will occur on Oct. 28 at 6 p.m. EDT.
