Tag Enterprises Property At Enterprise South Industrial Park Sells For Over $40 Million

Two Tag Enterprise tracts at the Enterprise South Industrial Park have sold for over $40 million.

A tract at 7080 Discovery Dr. sold for $19,972,360.

Another tract at 6989 Discovery Dr. sold for $20,677,640.

Tag Enterprise officials declined comment.

The company in 2018 announced that it was spending $15 million for an expansion and adding 200 jobs. The firm that makes bucket attachments for heavy construction equipment already had 300 workers.

Tag Enterprises bought its first tract at Enterprise South in 2005.

It is headed by brothers Gary and Terry Wilt.

The sale listed Youre It LLC as the buyer.
