Emi Sunshine And The Rain Have Album Release Party Friday

  • Thursday, November 18, 2021

Country music star Emi Sunshine and the Rain, who have received 16 standing ovations at the Grand Ole Opry, will perform Friday at 1800A Rossville Ave. at the Arts Avenue for an album release party. Doors open at 6 p.m. and the show is from 7-10 p.m.

The event is for Emi´s ninth studio album, a children's album, with even darker themes than the usual Emi Sunshine work. It includes songs such as After You're Gone about straight from red square communism, no free speech there or anywhere under such communism.  And than there is Dandelion, about shallowly disguised cannibalism.

Arts Avenue is Chattanooga's newest music venue. The 4,000 square foot performance space features 300 seated guests, a 16X24 stage, and state of the art sound equipment. The space will be a hybrid of seated and/or standing, to accommodate each event.
