First Horizon Bank, a member of the First Horizon Corp. family of companies, has named Luchie Wootten as manager of the First Horizon banking center in Red Bank.

Ms. Wootten joined the Bank in September of 2017 as a financial service representative. In 2020, she was promoted to operations manager and she also partnered with Operation Hope to assist customers in bettering their credit. She has worked in the financial industry for nearly a decade, gaining previous experience as a personal banker and tax professional.

Ms. Wootten is responsible for developing new business and expanding on existing client relationships.  As banking center manager, she upholds a high standard of customer service for all employees, said officials.

Ms. Wootten said, “Although we all come from different backgrounds, all of us at First Horizon have the same goal – to provide excellent customer service and to build relationships. I am excited to take on this challenge.”

“We are excited to have Luchie as our manager in Red Bank," said Chattanooga Market President Jay Dale. "She has a contagious, invaluable work ethic and we’re very pleased to have her as a leader on the First Horizon team."

Ms. Wootten studied business management at the University of Mindanao in the Philippines. When she moved to the U.S., she enrolled in classes at Northeast Alabama Community College in Rainsville, Al., where she received her associate’s degree in business management. Ms. Wootten has lived in the Chattanooga area for over eight years, and currently resides in Trenton with her husband, Stacy.
