McLemore Announces Robert Rhea As Director Of Food & Beverage At The Creag

Robert Rhea has been named director of food and beverage at McLemore. Responsible for daily operations in luxury resorts, hotels and restaurants, Mr. Rhea most recently served as director of food and beverage at the Grand Bohemian Hotel Charleston, Autograph Collection. While at the Grand Bohemian, Mr. Rhea oversaw all aspects of the boutique Marriott’s food and beverage program, including the creation of the venue’s weekly brunch event, “The Mad Hatter Brunch and Day Party.”

Prior to his tenure in Charleston, Mr.
Rhea worked at the Madeline Hotel and Residences in Telluride, Co.; Lake Powell Resorts and Marinas in Page, Az.; Hilton Cabana in Miami Beach; Big Cedar Lodge in Ridgedale, Mo.; and Hawks Cay Resort in Duck Key, Fl.  Mr. Rhea has developed menu and bar concepts, operational strategies, advertising plans and management of multiple revenue centers over his decade-long career. Additionally, Mr. Rhea has met the high brand standards of Leading Hotels of the World, Preferred Hotels, Forbes 4 Star and AAA 4 Diamond properties.
