If you would have told me one year ago I was going to be running for office I would have thought you were joking. It was this summer when I really got involved in politics, but I had so many excellent people in my corner pushing me when I wanted to quit, and cheering me on when I felt defeated. I surrounded myself with an excellent team and for them I am thankful.
I am so honored that nearly 700 Chattanoogans in District 3 deemed me suitable to represent them.

I want to send congratulations to Ken Smith for another term, it was a pleasure to meet you today, I look forward to seeing what your next term will bring.
We are just getting started. I want to continue to be a voice of your power, not the voice of government's control. I look forward to digging my roots deeper and growing to better represent you.
