The team at Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics of Chattanooga announce the opening of their Signal Mountain location as of August 2020.
“We’ve always been dedicated to servicing our community, both through our work and our outreach projects,” said Sommer Maynor, office manager at Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics of Chattanooga. “In this difficult time, we’re beyond excited to expand our reach to provide the Signal Mountain community with a convenient location where they can receive quality orthodontic and pediatric dental care.”
The new location will operate as a joint practice for both pediatric dentistry and orthodontics, offering patients an all-in-one dental experience for those seeking pediatric dentistry services such as dental cleanings, fillings, and extractions, as well as orthodontic services for children and adults including braces and clear aligner treatments. PDOC’s pediatric dentistry specialists at this new location will work alongside their dedicated orthodontic counterparts to provide comprehensive, professional care to all patients, said officials.
“Poor oral health can be an indicator of deeper health issues, which is why proper dental and orthodontic care is more important now than ever,” said Dr. Randy Cooper, the orthodontist heading this new location. “We understand and recognize that community and family are at the forefront of everyone’s minds, and at PDOC, community and family are at the heart of everything we do. It’s our hope that the Signal Mountain community will benefit from having another PDOC location nearby and ready to serve them.”
PDOC joins the community of dental professionals in the Signal Mountain area. Prior to their merger with Pediatric Dentistry of Chattanooga and McDaniel Orthodontics in 2019, orthodontic services were available on the mountain under McCamish, Cooper & Dyer Orthodontics for over 30 years. With this new location, however, the Signal Mountain community can enjoy PDOC’s new look, new building and added pediatric dental services, said officials. The PDOC team believes that this new location may mean the difference between a busy mother getting her children to their regular dental appointments, or a teenager getting their braces off in a timely manner. Dedicated to community outreach and excellence in patient care, they are excited to work with other dental providers in the community to provide services to the Signal Mountain community, said officials.
