A classically colonial revival brick among very few Chattanooga distinctively designed homes by Hobby Law of Crutchfield and Law Architects in the pre-WW2 era has hit the market, realtor Charlie Walldorf said.

He said woodwork artisans crafted on site its detailed moldings, specialty raised wainscotts and door trims that the architects drew out specially for the home.

Only two families have owned the home that is on a bluff in Lookout Mountain, Tn.

Mr. Walldorf said, "It has been updated amazingly and tastefully so that it is move-in ready right now."

It is at 201 Fairy Trail.  Located  on the bluff of Lookout Mountain, Tennessee, overlooking downtown Chattanooga, the river, historic  Missionary Ridge and south into Chattanooga Valley /North Georgia , details  may be seen on www.WalldorfHomes.com, 201 Fairy Trail .
