Michael Woody Named Manager Of Hamilton Place Banking Center For First Horizon Bank

  • Thursday, August 26, 2021
First Horizon Bank, a member of the First Horizon Corp. family of companies, has named Michael Woody as manager of First Horizon Bank’s banking center at Hamilton Place.

Mr. Woody has been with First Horizon since August 2020, and has worked in financial services for over nine years.

The Ooltewah native and graduate of The University of Tennessee at Knoxville comes to his new position well-prepared after serving in a similar position within the bank, officials said.

Mr.
Woody said, “I’m excited to get to know new and existing clients who bank with us at Hamilton Place. Located in the growing East Brainerd community, it’s important to do business with banking professionals customers know and trust. I look forward to assisting clients in achieving their financial goals and building a relationship that will position them for the future.”

“We are excited to have Michael in this new role. His hard work and ability to connect with his customers makes him a great representative for First Horizon and we’re glad to have Michael in this key role," said Chattanooga Market President Jay Dale.

Mr. Woody and his family relocated from upper east Tennessee two years ago to accept a position with First Horizon. “My family is laying down roots in Chattanooga and we’re enjoying all the city has to offer. We’re excited to be here and I’m honored to serve as manager at one of our fastest growing financial centers,” said Mr. Woody.
