CHI Memorial Medical group announces Ellen Cleland, MD, family practice physician, has joined CHI Memorial Primary Care Associates – Atrium. 

Dr. Cleland earned her medical degree from the University of Queensland School of Medicine - Ochsner Clinical School in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia and in New Orleans, La. She completed an internship and residency at the University of Alabama College of Community Health Sciences, Tuscaloosa Family Medicine Residency Program. She is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and is certified in basic, advanced cardiac, and pediatric life support, as well as advanced life support in obstetrics. Dr. Cleland is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. 

Dr. Cleland joins Sarah Baker, MD, David Castrilli, MD and Brian Daily, MD, at CHI Memorial Primary Care Associates – Atrium. A highly qualified clinical staff of registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and medical assistants work closely with the physicians to provide high-quality care for individuals ages six and older in a warm, friendly atmosphere, said officials.
