CHI Memorial Medical Group announces Derek Crouthers, MD, family medicine physician, has joined CHI Memorial Internal Medicine Associates – Chattanooga, Hixson Pike.
Dr. Crouthers earned his medical degree from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis. He also completed an internship and family residency at the same location, where he served as chief resident. Dr. Crouthers is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, American Medical Society for Sports Medicine and is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.
At CHI Memorial Family Practice Associates – Chattanooga, Hixson Pike, Dr. Crouthers joins Mario E. Mariani, MD, G. Michael Ozborn, MD, Jerrold L. Selzer, MD and a clinical staff of registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and medical assistants who care for individuals ages 18 and older.
