BlueCross Promotes Bradley To Director Of Strategy And Planning For Provider Network Management

BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee has promoted Jenni Bradley to director of strategy and planning in the Provider Network Management division.

"Ms. Bradley will oversee teams responsible for developing and maintaining relationships that support BlueCross provider networks in providing high-quality care to members," officials said. "She’ll also work on contracting efforts and coordinated strategies that encourage evidence-based treatment in practices and health care facilities across the state.
Her role also includes working with state provider associations."

“We’re excited to have Jenni leading development and support of innovation concepts that enhance how we work with providers on behalf of our members,” said Marc Barclay, BlueCross vice president of provider network contracting and chief managed care officer. “She collaborates skillfully with teams across the company, and we are grateful to have her in this new role as we focus on aligning provider payments with the quality of the care they provide their BlueCross-insured patients.”

Based in Nashville, Ms. Bradley joined the BlueCross provider innovations team in 2015 and has served in an interim director role for the past several months. She previously served as a manager of strategic projects for network strategy and value-based contracting, leading a team that created and implemented the Oncology Medical Home initiative, the company’s first value-based specialty care program.

Ms. Bradley earned a master’s degree in political management from The George Washington University and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville’s college scholars program with an emphasis on political science and rhetoric.
