Ricky Chubb
Ricky Labron Chubb, 68, of South Pittsburg, passed away on Saturday, February 26, 2022 at his residence.
He was preceded in death by his parents, John Thomas and Martha Jean Kelly Chubb; brothers, John Alton Chubb and Terry Levon Chubb; sisters, Joretha Ann Chubb and Frances Chubb Tucker.
Survivors include common law wife, Rosalind Green; a devoted aunt, Carol Sue Sutton; nieces, Jennifer Chubb, Leslie Tucker, Jacqueline (Tommy) Ballard, and Olivia Tucker, all of Hooker, Georgia; devoted friends, William Chubb and Jeremiah Stevens; a host of great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
Mr. Chubb will lie in state on Thursday, March 10, from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. at John P. Franklin Funeral Home, followed by a 1 p.m. funeral service in the chapel, with Pastor Larry Owens as the eulogist.
Burial will be in the Hooker Community Cemetery.
