Rebecca Swingle
Rebecca Swingle has been promoted to regional director of sales and marketing for the Appalachian region at Morning Pointe Senior Living. She will be responsible for the optimization of all sales and campus marketing for 14 Morning Pointe communities across East Tennessee.
Founded in 1997 by Tennessee healthcare entrepreneurs Greg A. Vital and Franklin Farrow, Morning Pointe Senior Living owns and operates 36 assisted living, personal care, and Alzheimer’s memory care communities in five southeastern states and is celebrating its silver anniversary in 2022.

Ms. Swingle got her start in senior living in 2008 as marketing coordinator at a large senior community. Her love of the industry grew, and she felt a calling to help families transition to life in senior living. Ms. Swingle then moved into the role of community relations director and, eventually, executive director. Before joining Morning Pointe’s regional team, she worked as the community relations director for Morning Pointe of Knoxville.
“Rebecca was a natural fit for the regional director of sales and marketing position, bringing a well-rounded set of expertise and experience in helping families make challenging decision about senior living,” said Abby Medley, regional vice president of operations. “I know her knowledge and can-do attitude will help Morning Pointe soar to new heights as we assist more families in getting the solutions they need for an aging loved one.”
Originally from Chattanooga, Ms. Swingle holds a bachelor's degree in Advertising and Public Relations and a master's degree in Public Health with a minor in Gerontology from the University of Tennessee. She is a regular volunteer with Alzheimer's Tennessee, Young Professionals against Alzheimer's, Tennessee Society of Health Care Social Workers and The Knoxville Office on Aging.
When Ms. Swingle isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Vince, and daughter rooting for the Tennessee Vols, tent camping at various state parks, and hiking in the Smoky Mountains.
