Terminal Brewhouse Closing Due To "Irreconcilable Lease Issues"

  • Wednesday, April 6, 2022

The Terminal Brewhouse will be closing due to what the owners called irreconcilable lease issues.

Restaurant officials said they will be closing on April 21.

They made the announcement on Facebook and said, "We are sad to announce that we will be closing The Terminal Brewhouse as of April 21, due to irreconcilable lease issues.

"The last day for normal operations will be on Sunday, April 17.
We will be open limited hours April 18-21, selling growlers of beer and a limited food and bar menu.
"We are proud to be early believers in the Southside district and overwhelmed by the support this vibrant community has offered us over the last 13 years. We will miss serving you.
"We hope to see you soon at Hair of the Dog and the Honest Pint. The Terminal Crew"
