Janice Kay Allmon, 73, a lifelong resident of Cleveland, passed away on May 17, 2022. Janice was born on July 4, 1948 to the late Eugene and Katherine Allmon. She was an employee of Hardwick Clothes for 40 years and loved spending time with her little dog, “Jake.”
In addition to her mother and father, she is preceded in death by two siblings, Phyllis Allmon and Jimmy Ray Allmon, Sr.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her sister, Connie Clark; nieces and nephew, Tammy Sisco (Bobby), Jimmy Ray Allmon, Jr. (Renaugia) and Tommy Allmon; great-nieces and great-nephew, Charlcey Piper Key (Michael Gates), Jennifer Hard (Travis), Bobbie Adams (Jacob) and Tommy Sisco (Nancy); and great-great-nieces and great-great-nephews, Luckas Gates, Hunter Gates, Lilliana Rose Gates and Whitley Hard. In addition to these, she leaves behind numerous extended family members.
Janice’s family will receive friends from noon-2 p.m. on Monday, May 23 at Companion Funeral Home, with a Celebration of Life Service to follow at 2 p.m., with Robert Filyaw officiating. She will be laid to rest at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
