Kimsey Property On 6.3 Acres In East Brainerd Sells For Almost $3 Million

A 6.3-acre tract in East Brainerd has sold for almost $3 million.

The property of the Kimsey family is at 7777 East Brainerd Road adjacent to Jenkins Road.

The Kimsey house, built in 1955, has 5,769 square feet.

The sale was to Jenkins Crossing Llc from Frank C. Kimsey Tr, James W. Kimsey Tr, Estelle C. Kimsey Revocable Trust.

The sale price was $2,945,000.
