Morning Pointe Senior Living recently promoted Charlie Harris as its new vice president of sales.

Mr. Harris joined the Morning Pointe team in 2021 as director of sales and marketing for the Cumberland Region, which covers 11 assisted living and memory care campuses in Tennessee.

In his new role, Mr. Harris oversees three regional directors of sales and marketing, along with a support network of sales team members.

“I joined Morning Pointe because of the culture and the homelike feel of the company,” said Mr. Harris.

Mr. Harris has 15 years of experience in sales and marketing in senior healthcare services. Prior to coming to Morning Pointe, he was vice president of sales with Bridge Senior Living. He has a degree in psychology from Middle Tennessee State University.

Mr. Harris’ interest in senior living began when he was growing up and would accompany his grandmother to visit a friend with Alzheimer’s in a senior living facility. “I would engage with seniors at the community, and I absolutely loved all the stories and history. When the opportunity presented itself to work in sales in senior living, I jumped at it,” Mr. Harris said.

“We are glad to have Charlie in this important role, especially in a time when we are expanding our
footprint,” said Greg A. Vital, co-founder and president of Morning Pointe Senior Living. “Charlie has
proven himself with our company, and his years of experience will help us lead our campuses across the Southeast to greater success in serving the people of their communities.”

Mr. Harris and his wife, Amanda, live in his hometown of Hendersonville, Tennessee. They have four
children, ages seven to 24. When he isn’t working, Mr. Harris enjoys sports, including coaching his 11-year-old’s basketball team.
