Baylor soccer standout Elizabeth Stophel led a list of six Lady Red Raiders on to the 2023 Division II-AA All-East Region Soccer Team. Stophel, a senior right forward, was named Most Valuable Player on the elite squad and will lead her team into the Final Four of this week’s state soccer tournament.
Joining her were teammates Lilly Catalanotto, Jada Cooper, Sara Hill, Zoe Misenhimer and Sophia Mize. Chattanooga Christian also had six players honored. They were Lauren Alexander, Elizabeth Hightshue, Kyla Kruchinski, Hannah Montgomery and Olivia Thomas. Three GPS players were honored, they being Brooke Arnold, Mary Wamack and Kallie West.
