Laurehn Shelton Named Banking Center Manager Of First Horizon Bank In Ooltewah

First Horizon Bank has named Laurehn Shelton as banking center manager of the First Horizon banking center located in Ooltewah.

In her role, Ms. Shelton is responsible for developing new business and expanding on existing client relationships.

"As banking center manager, she upholds a high standard of customer service and is passionate about providing exceptional experiences to her clients," officials said.

Ms. Shelton first joined First Horizon as a personal banker in 2017 and has worked in the financial industry since 2011.


Ms. Shelton said, “I am so excited to use my years of experience to help coach, grow and motivate my team. I truly love helping clients reach their goals, and that all starts with having a good team and then using that team to give our customers a great customer experience.”

“Laurehn is a great example of how far hard work can take you. Her many years of experience in the financial industry and with First Horizon made her the perfect fit for this role. We know she will work hard and provide great results for the Bank,” said Jay Dale, Chattanooga market president.

Ms. Shelton is a graduate of Lee University, where she received a bachelor’s degree in history and political science, with a minor in business. She is an active member of 1122 Church, where she volunteers with their community outreach team. She also is a volunteer for the local food pantry in North Hamilton County/Soddy Daisy. She enjoys spending time with her friends and family, as well as reading, listening to music and hiking.
