Jimmy Ray Moreland, 65, of Whiteside, Tennessee was called home to be with his Lord and Savior on February 3, 2023. 

He was born to the late James Leroy Moreland and Pauline Dagnan Moreland on August 26, 1957.  He was employed by McBryar Lumber Company as he worked in sales and delivery.  Jimmy attended Whiteside Church of God.  He loved working on cars, four wheeling, horses, Nascar and above all else spending time with his family.

Jimmy was preceded in death by his father, James Leroy Moreland; mother, Pauline Dagnan Moreland; brother, Donnie Moreland, Sr.; sister, Jan Moreland and nephew, Davy Graham.

He leaves his memories to his sisters, Judy Pittman, Joan Moreland; nieces and nephews, Sherri (Greg) Blevins, Donnie (LeAnn) Moreland, Jr., Jerry (Tara) Pittman, Mark (Cheri) Moreland, Stevie Beene, Shelley (Alan) Foshee; several great and great-great nieces, nephews.

A memorial service will be held on Feb. 11, at 1 p.m. CST in the Chapel of Tate Funeral Home in Jasper, Tn., with Donnie Moreland and Jerry Pittman officiating.
