Fernandos Otha Hughley, 64, passed away on February 28, 2023.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Jeanette Featherstone Hughley and father Otha Hughley; and sister, Darlene Hughley
Survivors include his sister, Jacqueline Hughley; niece, Nicole Dozier, great niece, Shyniece Dozier, great nephews, Rico and Marco Dozier, nephew, Walter Dozier all of Chattanooga; a host of other relatives and friends.
Public viewing will be held from 10-11 a.m. on Wednesday, March 15, at the funeral home, followed by an 11:30 a.m. graveside service at Forest Hills Cemetery,
